Hot Yoga Fusion
A HEAT Yoga & Wellness signature class! This hot yoga format is designed to increase stamina and strength. It is a perfect blend of Bikram's standing series with some great turns and twists along the way.The standing series will incorporate a vinyasa, or flowing style of yoga incorporating the breathe for an added aerobic element. In addition you will work on balancing postures as well as upper body and core conditioning.Music accompanies these classes. Our certified yoga instructors choreograph their own routine so expect each class format to vary. All levels welcome. Beginers are encouraged to go at their own pace. Temp will exceed 100F. The perfect class to fit into your busy day. 45 minutes of standing flow series followed by 15 minutes of floor postures including hip openers and abdominal work. Cardio and weight bearing.

Hot Yoga for Hip and Torso Conditioning
Fantastic 1 hour hot yoga class that focuses on the lower body joints as well as torso conditioning. Hip strength & abdominal work combined with back bending and a great stretch and release of hips and lower back will leave you feeling as good as new!
